MEGHAN MARKLE and Prince Harry have been urged to “rip the band-aid off” in seeing the rest of the Royal Family again and “get it over with,” after claims the Duke of Sussex had postponed a visit back to the UK.
Prince Harry was planning to make the trip back to the UK before Christmas, according to insider royal sources last week. However, the latest news from the couple suggests Harry and Meghan will not return to the UK before Christmas. Christina Garibaldi, a US Weekly Correspondent, said that Harry and Meghan had to “get it over with” and stop avoiding the Royal Family.
Ms Garibaldi and Royally Us co-host Molly Mulshine discussed the conflicting reports about whether Prince Harry will return to London before the Christmas holidays.
Ms Mulshine said: “They didn’t spend the holidays with the Royal Family last year because it was at the height of their dramatic moment right before their exit.
“They also have to be in the UK in January for Meghan’s court trial. That will be a big decider, I’m told.”
Ms Garibaldi said: “It is sad that they would have to come back for a court date, and not for a family gathering.”

She continued: “I hope Harry does come back, with or without Meghan, and they put this behind them.
“They have so many events coming up next year, like Princess Diana’s statue unveiling in July, the Queen’s birthday.
“They will have to see each other, if all the restrictions are lifted.
“They will have to bury the hatchet because people will see and read into their body language and ask whether they are on good terms or not.”

Ms Mulshine added: “They should rip the band-aid off sooner rather than later because everyone will read into it, and there will be millions of articles about their body language.
“It seems like something they should just get over with.”
Last week, several reports suggested Prince Harry could return to UK for talks with Queen after Her Majesty’s frustration about her grandson’s political interventions in the US.

Last month Meghan and Harry urged Americans to get out and vote in the “most important” presidential election of their lifetimes.
However, more recent reports suggest Harry and Meghan will return to the UK for Meghan’s court date instead of for Christmas
Vanity Fair’s royal correspondent Katie Nicholl revealed that sources close to the couple said the Sussexes are looking forward to their first Christmas living in their luxurious £12 million Montecito mansion in California.
Ms Nicholl said the couple will travel to the UK a few days after Christmas, permitting them time to isolate for two weeks ahead of the the Duchess of Sussex’s High Court case against the Mail on Sunday, which begins on 11 January 2021.
