The Duchess looked every inch like a movie star in a white by Alexander McQueen. when she joined William at the February 2019 Bafta film awards.

Fashion blogger Elizabeth Vollman picked the red carpet outing as one of Kate’s best looks, she was telling the PA news agency, that Kate looked like a Greek goddess.

The departure of the duchess from her daily go-to dresses in favor of a lilac Gucci bow blouse – worn back to the front – and high-waist wide-leg pants was also a hit.

Charlotte Crawley of the @HRHDuchesskate blog, another follower of Kate’s wear, said the new style at the Henry Fawcett Center in March was a surprise for royal fans.

The duchess was the epitome of royal elegance in her ombre aqua shalwar kameez as she arrived for her royal tour of Pakistan.

Catherine Walker’s tailor-made dress of the duchess-one of the favorite designers of Diana, Princess of Wales-was designed with a drape that stretched to the back. 

Elizabeth Vollman characterized it as stunning, saying it embodied a western twist of the host nation’s culture.

The lemon and white embroidered coat of the queen was classic Queen – a vivid block color with a matching hat that clashed with the Guard of Honor redcoats during the June Keys Ceremony at the Holyroodhouse Palace in Edinburgh.

Ms. Crawley described it as an excellent look, teamed up with a “summery floral hat and exquisite jewelry including the Bow Brooch of Queen Victoria and her three-strand pearl necklace.”

– The Queen is changing to faux fur

From this year onwards, the monarch’s decision not to use real fur in new pieces was praised as a modern fashion move.

Christine Ross said, that while Her Majesty will continue to wear older pieces of fur, this public declaration against fur brought the ethical fashion controversy to the fore. A Queen used her fashion choices in a subtle way to make a political statement, without ever saying anything at all.

Future king William turned his heads as he got off a tuk-tuk at Islamabad, dressed in a traditional sherwani, during his Pakistan tour.

Kate dazzled in an emerald green gown. the duke swapped his look, wearing the knee-length buttoned teal coat of Karachi-based designer Naushemian embroidered fabric, rather than regular black tie.
